đź“Ą How to Download Your Digital Files
All products sold by CraftArts Lab are digital products. Nothing will be shipped by mail or courier, and the purchased files are not sent as email attachments.
After your payment is approved, your files become available for download through your account on our website.
1. Wait for payment confirmation
Once your payment has been approved, WooCommerce will release the downloadable files linked to your order.
2. Log in to your account
Go to Login and sign in using the account associated with your purchase.
3. Open your Downloads
After logging in, go to My Account → Downloads.
Your purchased downloadable products will be listed there.
4. Click “Download”
Click the download button next to the product you purchased. Your browser will save the file to your computer, phone, or tablet.
5. Can’t find the downloaded file?
- Check that your payment has been approved.
- Make sure you are logged in to the account associated with the purchase.
- Check your device’s Downloads folder.
- Check your order confirmation email for order information or a download link, when available.
Important: An order email may contain a link to your download, but CraftArts Lab does not manually send the purchased files as email attachments. Your files are delivered digitally through the website’s download system.
