Our digital pattern is intended as a complete building tool for creating a high-quality EVA foam cosplay. The files are organized as individual armor components, plus a full-suit model that can be used as a visual reference for scaling and overall proportions.

- Utility knife or precision cutting tools
- Heat gun
- Contact cement or another adhesive suitable for EVA foam
- Optional: underarmor, straps, Velcro, buckles, sealing products, primer and paint
Materials and tools are not included.
💻 SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS
The files are supplied in .PDO format and are intended for use with Pepakura Designer. Pepakura Designer is primarily a Windows application and is not included with this purchase.
⚠️ MacOS Users:
Pepakura is not natively supported on Mac. A Windows environment may be used through solutions such as Parallels Desktop, Wine or a Windows virtual machine.

No — these .PDO patterns are designed for EVA foam construction, not direct 3D printing. Using them for 3D printing would require manual conversion and adaptation in 3D modeling software.

Yes. The patterns can be scaled in Pepakura Designer to fit different heights and body proportions. Always check your measurements before cutting the foam.
Is the helmet included?
